Do I need to be a Microsoft 365 customer already?
No. We can procure Microsoft 365 licences for you directly as a Microsoft partner, often at the same or better price than buying direct. If you're already a customer, we can take over management of your existing tenant.
What's the difference between Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, and Premium?
Each tier unlocks additional features. Business Premium includes the full Microsoft Defender security suite, Intune device management, and advanced compliance tools — features that are essential for most businesses but often overlooked. We recommend Premium for most clients and can explain what's included in your current licence during a consultation.
Can you help us prepare for Microsoft Copilot?
Yes. Copilot readiness requires that your Microsoft 365 tenant is properly configured — clean data governance, correct SharePoint permissions, and the right licence tier. We assess and prepare tenants for Copilot as part of our AI Integrations & Accelerator service.
Is our data stored in Canada?
